National Wealth receives a Performance Fee – per project development cycle – as the Sub-Manager of ASIC registered Managed Investment Schemes, as part of project management arrangements.

At National Wealth our team of highly experienced team that provides a full range of wholesale trustee services partnering with our clients to create solutions that streamline operations, improve governance, and support the accelerated growth of funds.

We will provide all fund services to enable investment managers to focus on their investment activities. The company can provide expert advice on structuring your MIS and will work closely with your solicitors to help ensure that the scheme is properly documented in a timely manner and at an appropriate cost.

Our trustee services for managed investment schemes enables investment managers to be able to pool investors funds in a manner that complies with the requirements of the Corporations Act 2001 and the Australian Financial Services regime.

Types of Funds

We invite enquiries from investment managers who are interested in setting up a wholesale fund that will invest in

one or more of the following assets:

  • International Equities

  • Property including passive and development funds

  • Mortgage funds-pooled or contributory

Fund Administration and Registry

The company also provides a full fund administration service including issuing and redemption of units, unit pricing as required, investor portal, paying distributions, sending annual tax statements, fund accounting, etc. We use current technology and provide a registry service to record unitholders holdings and to be able to communicate with investors in an efficient manner.

Our Uniqueness

The dimensions of Quality, Cost & Time are all critical drivers in our Property Fund Design, but for investors, we recognise that time is of the essence: A 20% return on a 2-year property development project is good (10% pa), but The same project distributing returns in 1-year is 2X better (20% pa) which is why we work against the clock.
